Близнецы, доктор Крисс и Занду ван Туллекенам, решили провести эксперимент в поисках ответа на этот вопрос.

В лучших традициях научных исследований, эксперимент они ставят на себе. Один из братьев будет придерживаться высокожировой диеты, а другой – диеты с высоким содержанием сахара.

Этот опыт дает представление о том, что жир и сахар делают с нашим организмом? И становится понятно, какая из этих двух зол – меньшая.
