New Horizons is the first mission to the Kuiper Belt, a gigantic zone of icy bodies and mysterious small objects orbiting beyond Neptune. Торговец оружием международного масштаба Грэг Бриннер заключает сделку с одним из главарей террористов из серийной группировки о поставках компонентов оружия массового поражения. Для захвата Бриннера и уничтожения террористов в Сирию отправляют спецгруппу под командованием майора Андрея Рубцова. В результате успешной операции Бриннер захвачен, но предательство «союзника» приводит к гибели группы Рубцова. Однако Андрей остаётся жив. Спустя время он возвращается в Россию, но ничего не помнит. Вернуть память и поймать Бриннера Рубцову помогает сотрудница международной антитеррористической организации Ольга Смирнова.
